1) Subscriptions
- Subscription terms, renewal timing, and cancellation details are shown at checkout and/or the applicable billing page.
- Cancellation typically affects future billing cycles and does not automatically create a refund.
2) Refund review
- Refunds are not guaranteed.
- We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or significant service-access issues that we cannot reasonably resolve.
- We may deny refund requests involving abuse, policy violations, or repeated attempts to circumvent access controls.
