- You may not use the Service to target third-party systems, perform unauthorized testing, facilitate harmful activity, or violate applicable law.
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, scraping, payment abuse, policy violations, or conduct that creates operational or legal risk.
2) Safe Evaluation Mode
- The platform is intended to simulate or assess security-relevant scenarios in a controlled, non-offensive context.
- The Service does not authorize real-world exploitation, intrusion, or unauthorized access.
3) Accounts & access
- Access may be tied to the email address used during signup, checkout, or subscription validation.
- You are responsible for activity associated with your account, email, browser session, or credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when registering or subscribing.
4) Subscriptions, billing & refunds
- Billing may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
- Subscription pricing, renewal timing, cancellation details, and billing terms are shown at checkout or the applicable billing page.
- Refund requests, if any, are reviewed case-by-case at security@airedlabs.com.
5) Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, content, layouts, reports, and documentation are owned by AI Red Team Labs or its licensors.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial offerings from the Service except as permitted by law or with written permission.
6) No legal, compliance, or professional advice
Content provided through the Service is informational only and does not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, or professional services.
You remain responsible for your own legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational decisions.
7) Availability & disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Red Team Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages,
or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.
